All of our products are sourced directly from European manufacturers and include CE certification, LOT number, expiry date and QR codes for traceability. Our products are stored in a temperature-controlled environment where the temperature never reaches above 20C. Botox is shipped with icepacks and thermal packaging.

Where is your company located?

Our fulfilment center is located in Milan, Italy.

Are these dermal fillers genuine?

Our dermal fillers are sourced directly from European manufacturers. We are the only North American distributor with well established brand partnerships. Each product has its own unique LOT number, expiry date and is CE marked.

How can you offer such low prices?

Ordering products in very large quantities from the manufacturer allows us to pass on the savings down to you.

Can I cancel products on my order?

Please contact customer service within 24 hours of placing the order to request a cancellation. Please note that once your order has been processed, it would be impossible to cancel.

Can I add products to my existing order?

We can not add products to an existing order. You have to place a new separate order.

I'm a private person and I don't have a company - can I place an order?

We only sell to companies in the aesthetic business.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

We do not charge sales tax. However, you will be required to pay duties as the importer of the products which you have ordered. The amount will depend on your country and region and we encourage to do your research prior to placing the order to avoid any surprises.

How often do you ship?

We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends will be shipped on the following working day.

Which courier company do you use to ship the order?

UPS Express Service. Shipments arrive within 1-3 days from date of dispatch. Tracking number is provided.

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat rate shipping fee of $30USD on orders of all sizes.

Bulk orders of 50+ boxes enjoy free shipping.

How can I track my order?

You will receive the tracking number on the same day of shipment, enabling you to follow your consignment online from departure of our warehouse till arrival at your desired destination. We advise you to use an universal tracking provider such as 17track for any shipment.

My package is delayed - what can I do?

If a package is delayed we will open a case at our forwarders. We cannot resend or refund a package until after the case has resolved.

My package has been suspended in customs - what can I do?

If a package is stopped by customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will either resend the package again or will refund the amount of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package – we do not take responsibility of seized goods. We will not refund parcels containing botox.

Can I pick-up my order in your warehouse?

Our Toronto warehouse is not open to the public. All orders are shipped out via UPS.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return within 8 working days, as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions: The product contains manufacturing defects or the wrong product was delivered. Photos must be provided.

We will not exchange an item If the product has been scratched or dented during shipping.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
